Are you a driven professional with experience in e-commerce and customer service? Klaver Sport is looking for a versatile E-commerce employee who will join our team. In this role, you are responsible for optimizing our web shops and delivering excellent customer service.

What are you gonna do? As an E-commerce employee at Klaver Sport you will:

• Optimize the webshop to improve the user experience and increase sales. This includes analyzing user behavior, implementing SEO strategies and updating the web content.
• Managing customer service, including answering questions by phone, email and social media, and solving orders and deliveries issues.
• Working with other teams to ensure that the webshop is up-to-date and that customer service functions effectively.
• Report on the performance of the webshop and make recommendations for further improvements.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience with e-commerce and customer service.
• You are analytically strong and have a proactive work institution.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience with SEO, content management systems and e-commerce platforms is a pré.
